appeared in early {cpp}0x drafts. Since they were removed it no longer does so. It does emulate the new `piecewise_construct` pair constructors - only you need to use `boost::piecewise_construct`. To use the old emulation of the variadic constructors define早期 C{plus}{plus}0x 草案中的变参 pair 构造函数。由于该特性已被移除，现不再提供此模拟实现。当前仅模拟新的 `piecewise_construct` pair 构造函数，但需使用 `boost::piecewise_construct` 作为参数。若需启用旧版变参构造函数的模拟行为，请定义宏 `BOOST_UNORDERED_DEPRECATED_PAIR_CONSTRUCT`. 。
